菏泽为我国芍药主产区之一,其栽培历史悠久,所产白芍以色白、粉性足质量好著称于全国。影响其质量的因素有许多,但合理的加工炮制亦是重要的方面。现将其介绍如下。菏泽芍药的加工炮制大体分为修根、煮制、去皮、晾晒四步。修根:用刀切去头尾和支根。并将凸出部分削平。再分大、中、小三级以利煮制。煮制:用铝锅将水烧开,洗净的根按大、中、小分别下锅,加水量以浸没根为度,并不断翻动。一般粗根煮0.3~0.5h,细根0.3h。可抽样检查,其方法是(1)用竹
