6月8日至9日,水利部在清华大学举办2017年水利科技管理培训班。水利部副部长陆桂华出席开班式并讲话。他要求,中国水科院、南京水科院要以解决水利行业重大科技问题为己任,提供水利科技支撑;流域科研机构要围绕流域重大科技问题开展技术攻关,为流域水治理提供技术支撑;省级科研机构要服务地方水利科技需求,开展技术推广与应用;涉水高等院校要强化基础和应用基 From June 8 to June 9, the Ministry of Water Resources held a training course on water conservancy technology and management in 2017 at Tsinghua University. Vice Minister of Water Resources Lu Guihua attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.
