MHY50摩擦焊管机是为(油、水、气)管与管、管与法兰盘的焊接而设计的。摩擦焊的机理:先将焊件Ⅰ、Ⅱ夹紧在焊机上,加一定压力使两焊件紧密接触。由于焊件Ⅰ作旋转运动,与焊件Ⅱ接触面相对摩擦产生热量,待两件端面加热成塑性状态时,利用刹车装置急停焊件Ⅰ的旋转,同时在焊件Ⅱ端部加大压力,使焊件紧密的接触产生塑性变形而焊成一体。摩擦焊的特点:在摩擦过程中焊接表面的氧化膜及杂质被清除,表面不易氧化,因此接头组织致密不易产生气孔、夹渣等缺陷,接头质量好而且稳定。焊件在焊接过程中不需加添焊接材料,可焊接金属范围较广,易实现自动控制,生产率高。
