介绍了温盘定位系统特性参数的新型在线综合测试仪采用磁盘机电系统动力参数在线识别理论与技术的研究成果，由多路程控超高速数据采集器、任意波形激励源、多制式寻道接口控制卡及个人计算机构成硬件系统，并采用参数测量方库、虚拟面板、高速图形环境等软件技术，实现了磁头定位系统近２０种多数和各种特征波形的在线测量。
This paper introduces the research results of the on-line identification theory and technology of dynamic parameters of disk electromechanical system, which is introduced by the new on-line comprehensive tester of temperature disk positioning system characteristic parameters. It is composed of multi-program controlled ultra-high speed data collector, arbitrary waveform excitation source and multi-system seek interface control The hardware system is composed of a card, a personal computer, and software technologies such as parameter measurement square library, virtual panel and high-speed graphic environment, and online measurement of nearly 20 kinds of magnetic head positioning systems and various characteristic waveforms are realized.
