本文比较了吡喹酮、甲苯达唑及阿苯达唑对体内、外细粒棘球蚴组织学的影响。结果表明,三种药物均能引起生发层表面粗糙、间质疏松、空泡变性、生发细胞结构模糊、核伊红深染及细胞崩解等病变,均以甲苯达唑组的为最重,发生率亦较高,而吡喹酮与阿苯达唑组的相似,均较轻,发生率亦较低,停药后,一些生发层的损害逐渐恢复正常,以吡喹酮及阿苯达唑组的较迅速,而甲苯达唑组的则较缓慢。
