均苯四甲酸·异辛酯·十三酯是一种性能优良的耐高温润滑油的基础油。采用非酸催化剂合成了均苯四甲酸·异辛酯·十三酯。工艺具有不用中和水洗、对设备无腐蚀的特点。最佳反应条件为均苯四酸:十三醇:辛醇=1:2.2:3.6(物质的量比),酯化温度为220℃,反应时间2.5h,催化剂用量为0.1%(对总物料量),所得产品黏度指数为80,闪点为278℃,粗产品的收率为95%。
