自1974年以来,用咬骨孔、后瓣不缝合的方法,治疗慢性泪囊炎230例(267眼),疗效显著提高,报导如下。230例慢性泪囊炎中,男27例,占16.08%,女193例,占83.92%,双眼患者37例,占16.08%,单眼患者193例,占83.8%。平均年龄40岁,最大64岁,最小11岁,以30～40岁占多数。病程最长者35年,最短者2个月。230例267眼作了手术,能随访者174例190眼。随访时间最长者8年,最短者3个月。疗效标准,完全治愈为流泪消失,冲洗通畅;基本治愈为平时无流泪,只迎风流泪,冲洗基本通畅;好转为流泪减
