中央电视台2004年“两会”宣传报道的一个重大改革举措就是,将会议期间的《新闻联播》全都控制在了原定时长的30分钟,充分尊重了亿万观众长年养成的收视习惯和作息规律,也极大地方便了全国众多省市自治区电视台的转播,方便了 随后各省电视台自身“两会”节目的安排,有效地提升了“两会”整体的宣传效果。
