研究酸性氯化锌处理体系实现杨木CTMP浆化学润胀及其对漂白浆性能的影响。研究发现,酸性氯化锌处理可有效润胀杨木CTMP浆,纤维体积增大、结构疏松、作用区域集中在纤维的无定形区,这有利于化学药品的渗透和产物的溶出,纸浆的过氧化氢漂白得到显著改善,提高了白度和纤维结合。酸性处理体系pH值调节以甲酸为较优,优化的处理参数为氯化锌用量1.5%、pH值4.0、温度60℃、时间60 min、浆浓10%。因处理体系pH值和作用离子的差异,酸性氯化锌处理结合碱性过氧化氢处理可产生协同润胀效应。
Study on Acidic Zinc Chloride Treatment System for Chemical Swelling of Poplar CTMP Slurry and Its Effect on the Performance of Bleached Pulp. It was found that acid zinc chloride treatment can effectively swell poplar CTMP pulp, the volume of fiber is enlarged, the structure is loose, and the active area is concentrated in the amorphous area of fiber, which is beneficial to chemical penetration and product dissolution. Hydrogen peroxide bleaching was significantly improved, increasing the whiteness and fiber binding. The pH value of acid treatment system is better than formic acid. The optimal treatment parameters are 1.5% zinc chloride dosage, pH value 4.0, temperature 60 ℃, time 60 min and pulp concentration 10%. Due to the difference of the pH value of the treatment system and the action ions, acid zinc chloride treatment combined with alkaline hydrogen peroxide treatment can produce synergistic swelling effect.
