白细胞介素27(IL-27)是IL-12相关的多功能细胞因子,由p28和EB病毒诱导基因3(EBI3)两个亚单位组成,通过与T细胞细胞因子受体(TCCR)和糖蛋白130(gp130)两个亚基构成的异二聚体受体结合,激活下游相关的信号转导通路,发挥相应的生物学功能。IL-27是治疗肿瘤的一个重要候选分子,除了能通过激活肿瘤内的CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞、自然杀伤(NK)细胞、树突状细胞(DC),抑制调节性T细胞(Treg)生成,调节促血管生成因子和抗血管生成因子之间的平衡,发挥抑制血管新生作用参与抗肿瘤作用外,还能影响凋亡和抑凋亡基因生成,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤恶性扩增,提示IL-27可以作为一种新的有效抗肿瘤药物。
Interleukin-27 (IL-27) is a multifunctional IL-12-related cytokine composed of two subunits, p28 and EBV3 (EBV3), which binds to both the T cell cytokine receptor (TCCR) Protein 130 (gp130) composed of two subunits heterodimeric receptor binding, activation of downstream related signal transduction pathway, to play the corresponding biological function.
