目的观察一种稳定型含氯消毒剂的消毒性能及其毒性,为其推广应用提供安全性依据。方法通过悬液定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法,对该消毒剂的实验室杀菌效果和毒性进行了试验研究。结果用含有效氯1000mg/L的稳定型含氯消毒剂,分别对悬液内大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 m in和10m in,平均杀灭对数值均大于5.0。该稳定型含氯消毒剂对小鼠急性经口LD50均大于5000 mg/kg(体重)。含有效氯1000mg/L的稳定型含氯消毒剂对动物完整皮肤刺激指数为与皮肤刺激致敏性均为0。结论该稳定型含氯消毒剂对细菌繁殖体具有较强的杀菌能力;该消毒剂属于实际无毒级物质,对皮肤无刺激性和致敏性。
Objective To observe the disinfection performance and toxicity of a stable chlorine-containing disinfectant and provide a safety basis for its application. Methods The bactericidal effect and toxicity of the disinfectant in laboratory were studied by quantitative bactericidal test and animal experiment. Results The stable chlorine-containing disinfectants containing effective chlorine at 1000 mg / L were used to inactivate Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus for 5 minutes and 10 minutes respectively. The average kill logarithm values were all over 5.0. The stable chlorine-containing disinfectant in mice acute oral LD50 were greater than 5000 mg / kg (body weight). The stable chlorine-containing disinfectant containing effective chlorine 1000 mg / L had zero skin irritation and skin sensitization to animals. Conclusion The stable chlorine-containing disinfectant has a strong bactericidal effect on the bacterial propagules. The disinfectant belongs to the actual non-toxic substances and has no irritation and sensitization to the skin.
