针对贵州省某矿二采区煤层容易自燃、有煤与瓦斯突出危险性、急倾斜、走向长度大、巷道围岩条件差的特点,分析了采掘接替系统需要改造的原因与优化设计思路。将一个区段划分为长度200 m的若干块段,解决了煤炭暴露时间长、采煤工作面运输巷和回风巷服务时间过长的问题。在长兴灰岩中布置3条岩石平巷,实现了2个采煤工作面、2个煤巷掘进面的独立回风,实现了2个错茬采煤工作面连续推进。
In view of the possibility of spontaneous combustion of coal seams in the second mining area of a certain mine in Guizhou Province, with the danger of coal and gas outburst, the steep slope, the long strike length and the poor surrounding rock conditions of the roadway, the reasons for the alteration of the mining succession system and the optimization design are analyzed. A section is divided into several blocks with a length of 200 m, which solves the problems of long coal exposure time, long service time of transportation lane and return air lane in coal mining face. In Changxing limestone, three rocky lanes are arranged to realize the independent return air of two coal mining faces and two coal tunneling faces, and two stubble coal mining faces are continuously propelled.
