目的研究灭菌包装材料阻菌效果,建立“透气包装材料微生物屏障分等试验”评价标准。方法采用YY/T 0681.10-2011医药行业标准中的透气包装材料微生物屏障分等试验方法,对棉布,无纺布,皱纹纸和纸塑包装袋等4种包装材料阻菌性能进行实验室研究。结果透气包装材料微生物屏障分等试验中,一层至三层的棉布包装后阻菌率的平均值为37.66%~61.11%,皱纹纸包装后阻菌率的平均值为90.42%~94.39%,无纺布包装后阻菌率的平均值为92.19%~98.89%,压力蒸汽用特卫强包装后阻菌率的平均值为80.74%。只有皱纹纸和无纺布微生物阻菌率均>90%。结论无纺布和皱纹纸阻菌率每次试验均达到90%以上,棉布和纸塑袋阻菌率低于前2种包装材料。
Objective To study the bacteriostasis effect of sterilized packaging material and establish the evaluation criteria of “Microbial barrier grading test of breathable packaging material”. Methods According to YY / T 0681.10-2011 medical industry standard, the method of microbial barrier classification test of breathable packaging material was used to study the antibacterial properties of four kinds of packaging materials, such as cotton cloth, non-woven fabric, crepe paper and paper-plastic packaging bag. Results In the microbial barrier grading test, the average of the rate of blocking bacteria in the first to third layers of cotton packaging was 37.66% ~ 61.11%, the average of the rate of blocking bacteria in the wrinkle paper packaging was 90.42% ~ 94.39% The average value of the rate of inhibition after non-woven packaging was 92.19% ~ 98.89%. The mean value of the bacteriostasis after pressure steaming with Tyvek was 80.74%. Only the wrinkle paper and non-woven microflora microbial resistance rate of> 90%. Conclusion The results showed that the antibacterial rate of non-woven fabric and crepe paper reached more than 90% in each test, and the antibacterial rate of cotton cloth and plastic bag was lower than that of the first two kinds of packaging materials.
