自改革开放以来,教育事业和人力资源管理事业都受到国家的重视,我国的事业单位也一直都在对人力资源进行管理和改革。随着我国经济的高速持续发展,在许多的事业单位,人力资源改革成效显著,但是在改革的过程中不免会出现许多问题和弊端,因此,在改革过程中,我们需要找到相应的对策,来促进我国人力资源的改革。
