教师人力资本老化是教师人力资本积累和增值过程中可能会出现的一种停滞不前的现象。在农村地区,由于办园资金短缺、工作条件差、幼师职业身份的社会认可度低、幼师自身职业认同感缺失及职后培训的欠缺等因素导致农村幼儿教师人力资本老化现象严重。因此,可以通过政府支持、社会关注、自身认同和公益性培训等方式,将学前教育纳入基本公共服务体系,促进学前教育均等化,提高农村幼儿教师的职业身份认同和职业幸福感,促进农村幼儿教师的专业发展,提升其人力资本。
Teachers ’aging of human capital is a stagnant phenomenon that may appear in the accumulation and value-adding of teachers’ human capital. In rural areas, due to lack of funds for running a garden, poor working conditions, low social recognition of kindergarten occupational status, lack of professional identity of kindergarten teachers and lack of training in post-employment, rural kindergarten teachers have serious human capital deterioration. Therefore, preschool education can be included in the basic public service system through government support, social attention, self-identification and public welfare training, so as to promote the equalization of pre-school education, raise the vocational identity and happiness of rural kindergarten teachers, and promote rural children Professional development of teachers to enhance their human capital.
