门诊管理是医院管理的重要组成部分,医院管理人员应引起重视,以免接诊失误而导致医疗纠纷的产生。门诊诊间排队叫号系统是目前各个医院普遍采用的接诊工具,其可实现按照系统设定程序及患者挂号先后顺序进行自动呼叫及通知患者就诊等一系列服务,有助于提升医院就诊环境及就诊服务。本文就门诊诊间排队叫号系统对医院门诊就诊的意义及作用进行了分析,并对该系统的功能及优化进行了分析,以便该系统后期改进及使用。
