混凝土制品用绿色高性能混凝土的研制(下)

本文采用P·C32.5R水泥和P·O42.5水泥作激发剂,复合掺合料以湿排粉煤灰为主体,细骨料以建筑垃圾为主体,所配制的细骨料绿色高性能混凝土(绿色高性能砂浆),废渣掺量达到86.3%和88.0%,混凝土蒸压强度分别达到51.5MPa和66.4MPa,混凝土制品的综合性能大大优于传统产品,预示着利用工业废渣生产绿色高性能混凝土,有着极好的发展前景。 In this paper, P · C32.5R cement and P · O42.5 cement were used as the activator. The wet-discharged fly ash was the main admixture and the fine aggregate was mainly composed of construction waste. The fine aggregate green high performance Concrete (green high-performance mortar), the amount of waste residue reached 86.3% and 88.0%, the concrete autoclave strength reached 51.5MPa and 66.4MPa, the comprehensive performance of concrete products is much better than the traditional products, indicating the use of industrial waste to produce green high performance Concrete, with excellent development prospects.
