分析了养护温度、养护时间及砂子种类对核防护用地聚合物强度性能的影响,并进行了一系列的温度响应实验,实验结果表明,养护温度对核防护用地聚合物的早期强度影响巨大,温度越高,早期强度越高,强度提升越快;发现养护温度对养护时间6.5小时以上地聚合物样品的影响不大,且不能改变地聚合物的最终强度;掺合湖北砂的地聚合物样品强度最高,性能最好。
The effects of curing temperature, curing time and sand type on the strength properties of polymer for nuclear protection are analyzed. A series of temperature response experiments are carried out. The experimental results show that the curing temperature has great influence on the early strength of polymer for nuclear protection, The higher the initial strength is, the faster the strength is increased. It is found that the curing temperature has little effect on the polymer samples whose curing time is more than 6.5 hours, and can not change the final strength of the polymer. The geopolymer samples blended with Hubei sand Highest strength, best performance.
