非共线声光可调滤波器(AOTF)是一种利用反常声光作用原理制成的新型分光器件,其衍射信号的光谱分辨率和旁瓣是评价AOTF性能的两个重要指标。阐述了通过两个AOTF进行二次滤波的基本原理。实验证实了二次滤波法可使AOTF衍射信号的光谱分辨率提高40.4%~3.2%和旁瓣抑制9.5570 d B到13.2407 d B。研究结果表明用两个AOTF进行二次滤波在声光滤波领域有着巨大的应用前景。
The non-collinear acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF) is a new type of spectroscopic device made by using the principle of anomalous acousto-optic. The spectral resolution and sidelobe of the diffracted signal are two important indexes to evaluate AOTF performance. The basic principle of secondary filtering by two AOTFs is described. Experimental results show that the quadratic filter method can improve the spectral resolution of AOTF diffraction signals by 40.4% -3.2% and the sidelobe suppression of 9.5570 d B to 13.2407 dB. The results show that the two filters with two AOTF acousto-optic filter has a huge application prospect.
