以刺激猫后肢腓总神经的方法,观察对皮层体感一区(SⅠ)中伤害感受神经元细胞内电位的影响。共观察SⅠ中20个相关单位,17个不相关单位。研究其细胞内电位幅值、反应类型、反应潜伏期、反应持续时间和细胞内电流注入的影响。结果:相关神经元的反应以抑制性突触后电位(IPSPs)为主。有些抑制神经元(6/14)具有两个成分(即两个IPSPs),第一个成分潜伏期为(8.75±1.9)ms,第二个成分潜伏期为(60.33±6.62)ms,少数神经元呈现EPSP-IPSP序列。作者认为,刺激后产生的抑制性突触后电位是伤害神经元的一种反应。
To stimulate the cat hind limb common peroneal nerve method to observe the cortex somatosensory area (S Ⅰ) in nociceptive neurons intracellular potential. A total of 20 related units in SⅠ and 17 unrelated units were observed. The effects of intracellular potential amplitude, reaction type, reaction latency, reaction duration and intracellular current injection were investigated. Results: The responses of relevant neurons were mainly suppressive postsynaptic potentials (IPSPs). Some of the inhibitory neurons (6/14) have two components (ie, two IPSPs). The first component has an incubation period of (8.75 ± 1.9) ms and the second component has an incubation period of (60.33 ± 6). 62) ms, a few neurons present the EPSP-IPSP sequence. The authors suggest that the inhibitory postsynaptic potential produced after stimulation is a response to neurons.
