随着医疗科技的不断进步,越来越多的诊断技术成功应用于临床,超声造影则是目前公认最为先进的成像技术。它能提供比普通超声和彩色多普勒超声更丰富、更明确的诊断信息。超声造影应用以来,肝脏疾病的诊断和鉴别是应用最广泛和最成熟的。近年来,学术界开始关注超声造影对除肝脏之外的脏器的疾病诊断与治疗,如胰腺、肾脏、腹部外伤、妇科疾病、前列腺癌等,并显示出巨大潜力。将来超声造影有望加入治疗药物和基因进行治疗。文章对近年来超声造影技术的应用现状进行了总结,并展望其应用前景。
With the continuous improvement of medical science and technology, more and more diagnostic techniques have been successfully applied in clinical practice. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound is currently the most advanced imaging technology. It provides richer and more accurate diagnostic information than ordinary ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound.
