为了确定产房仔猪日粮中最适宜黄芪多糖(APS)添加量,探讨其提高产房仔猪生产性能的机理,试验选择14日龄杜长×大×三元杂交仔猪90头,随机分为6组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ~Ⅴ组分别在基础日粮中添加200,500,800,1 000,1 500 mg/kg的APS,试验期14 d,测定产房仔猪生产性能、营养物质消化率及平均腹泻率。结果表明:各试验组产房仔猪平均日增重均差异不显著(P>0.05),而各试验组与对照组之间均差异显著(P<0.05);粗蛋白、粗脂肪的消化率对照组与试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组之间差异显著(P<0.05),但各试验组间差异均不显著(P>0.05);产房仔猪腹泻率对照组与试验Ⅰ组之间差异不显著(P>0.05),对照组与试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组之间差异极显著(P<0.01),其中添加800 mg/kg的试验Ⅲ组总体效果最好。说明在日粮中添加不同水平的APS可以不同程度地提高产房仔猪生产性能及营养物质消化率,降低仔猪腹泻率,且较适宜的APS添加量为800 mg/kg。
In order to determine the optimal dosage of APS in the farrowing piglet and to explore its mechanism to improve the production performance of piglets in the farrowing studio, 90 14-day-old Dulong × large × three-way piglets were randomly divided into 6 groups, In the control group, the basal diet was fed. The rate of diarrhea rate in farrowing piglet was lower than that in test groupⅠ (P> 0.05). There was significant difference between the control group and the experimental group Ⅱ, the third experimental group and the fourth experimental group (P <0.01), and the third group with the addition of 800 mg / kg had the best overall effect. The results showed that adding different levels of APS to the diets could improve the performance and nutrient digestibility of piglet farrowing piglets in different degrees and reduce the piglet diarrhea rate, and the more suitable APS dosage was 800 mg / kg.
