四川省彭县水电局科技人员于1992年2月在湔埝西河水库引水渠石桥沟处动工兴建一座少筋混凝土渡槽。设计过水流量5.3立方米每秒,渡槽总长度30米,设计节长6.4米,槽身底宽1.3米,槽高1.6米,壁厚8厘米,每节槽身混凝土量2.4立米,钢材用量141公斤;水泥用量113公斤,钢材22公斤;整个渡槽工程钢材用量1408公斤,槽身采用预制吊装施工。该渡槽于1992年4月20日投入使用以来,所有技术指标全部达到设计要求,性能良好,运行安全可靠。这座少筋混凝土渡槽比常规钢筋混凝土渡槽造价低40%以上,钢材节约5.0%以上,水泥节约40%以上,木材节约约5%。

Designed flow of 5.3 cubic meters per second, the total length of the aqueduct 30 meters, the design length of 6.4 meters, 1.3 meters wide at the bottom of the tank, the tank height of 1.6 meters, wall thickness of 8 cm, 2.4 cm of concrete section per slot body, steel consumption 141 kg; 113 kg of cement, steel 22 kg; the entire aqueduct steel 1408 kg, the body prefabricated hoisting construction. Since the aqueduct was put into use on April 20, 1992, all the technical indicators have met the design requirements, with good performance and safe operation. The less-than-reinforced concrete aqueduct is 40% less expensive than conventional reinforced concrete aqueducts, saving more than 5.0% of steel, saving more than 40% on cement and about 5% on wood.
