骆驼蓬为疾藜科多年生草本植物,其种子含有四种吲哚硷,其中骆驼蓬总硷为主要成份,约占60%。作者1974年发现骆驼蓬种子可能具有抗癌作用,并在临床上于局部地区使用多年,但一直缺乏评价该药物抗癌效果的系统实验。 本文利用近年来我院建立的筛选抗癌药物的新方法—人癌克隆集落形成实验(HTCA),对骆驼蓬混合硷Harmala(HLA)及主要成份骆驼蓬总硷Harma-line(HLN)体外抗人癌细胞效果进行了初步研究,并与经典的抗肿瘤药物进行了比较。
Phalaenopsis is a perennial herb of the family Kelp, and its seeds contain four species of earthworms, of which the total composition of Phalaenopsis is the main component, accounting for about 60%. In 1974, the authors found that Peganum harmala seeds may have anti-cancer effects and have been clinically used in local areas for many years, but there has been no systematic experiment to evaluate the anticancer effect of the drug. In this paper, we used the new method for screening anticancer drugs in our hospital, the Human Cancer Clonal Colony Forming Test (HTCA), which was established in our hospital in recent years. The in vitro resistance of Harmala (HLA) and the main ingredient Harma-line (HLN) of Peganum harmala is in vitro. The effects of human cancer cells were studied initially and compared with classical antitumor drugs.
