目的:了解血管内皮生长因子(vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)在视网膜血管增殖性疾病患者玻璃体中的含量。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附实验(enzymelinkedimmunosorbentassay,ELISA)测定伴有新生血管的视网膜静脉阻塞(retinalveinoclusion,RVO)和视网膜静脉周围炎(Eales病)患者玻璃体VEGF含量。结果:RVO患者(7例)和Eales病患者(7例)玻璃体VEGF含量分别为(4.67±3.38)ng/ml和(1.79±0.44)ng/ml,是正常人(0.35±0.15)ng/ml的13倍和5倍(P<0.01)。结论:RVO和Eales病患者玻璃体VEGF水平明显升高,提示VEGF可能参与其眼内新生血管增殖机制。
Objective: To investigate the content of vascularendothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the vitreous of patients with retinal vascular proliferative diseases. Methods: The levels of vitreous VEGF in patients with neovascular retinal vein occlusion (RVO) and retinal vein inflammation (Eales disease) were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbentassay (ELISA). Results: The vitreous VEGF levels in RVO patients (7 cases) and Eales patients (7 cases) were (4.67 ± 3.38) ng / ml and (1.79 ± 0.44) ng / ml, respectively. (0.35 ± 0.15) ng / ml for 13-fold and 5-fold (P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The vitreous VEGF levels in patients with RVO and Eales are significantly elevated, suggesting that VEGF may be involved in the pathogenesis of intraocular neovascularization.
