我们应用中药何首乌治疗高脂血症30例,均为我院住院(16例)及门诊(14例)病例,治疗前均经询问病史、体检及空腹血脂测定。凡血清胆固醇在230毫克％或甘油三酯在120毫克％以上者列为观察对象。本组男22例,女8例,年龄最小35岁,最大70岁,平均47岁。基本疾病计高血压病2例,冠心病合并高血压病6例,冠心病18例,肝病、肾炎、糖尿病、心肌病各1例。均给服用本院自制的
We apply the Chinese medicine Polygonum multiflorum for the treatment of hyperlipidemia in 30 cases, both in our hospital (16 cases) and outpatient (14 cases), before treatment were asked history, physical examination and fasting blood lipid determination. Where the serum cholesterol in 230 mg% or triglycerides in more than 120 mg% were included in the observation. The group of 22 males and 8 females, the youngest 35 years old, maximum 70 years old, average 47 years old. Two cases of essential diseases were hypertension, 6 cases of coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension, 18 cases of coronary heart disease, 1 case of liver disease, nephritis, diabetes and cardiomyopathy.
