纤维胃镜及其附件是一组精密的医疗仪器,正确地操作、精心地保养和及时地排除故障,对延长仪器的使用寿命是非常重要的。我院自1977年1月至1983年12月七年间应用日本0lympus厂产的GIF—D_2型1台及K型镜身1架,共检查患者5400例次(其中K型检查3173例次),巳超出Olympus厂介绍的每台可检查300～500例次的6～10倍。近几年,纤维胃镜在临床应用推广很快,已普及到县级医院及部分区卫生院,但在使用中也存在一些问题,因此现将我们的使用及保养中的一些正反面经验介绍如下,以供参考。
The gastroscope and its accessories are a group of precise medical instruments. Correct operation, careful maintenance and timely troubleshooting are very important for extending the service life of the instrument. In our hospital from January 1977 to December 1983, one GIF-D_2 type 1 and K-type lens body produced by Japan’s 0lympus factory were used. A total of 5,400 cases (including 3173 cases of K-type examinations) were examined.巳 More than 6 to 10 times of 300 to 500 inspections per unit introduced by Olympus. In recent years, fiberoptic gastroscope has been rapidly promoted in clinical applications and has been popularized in county-level hospitals and some district hospitals. However, there are also some problems in use. Therefore, we now introduce some positive and negative experiences in our use and maintenance as follows: ,for reference.
