目的:评估富含植物雌激素的豆制品的摄入量与子宫内膜癌患病风险的关系。 设计:基于人群的病例对照研究,使用食物食用频率调查表,通过面对面访谈,采集过去五年豆制品日常摄入的详细资料。 地点:中国上海市区。 参与者:在1997至2001年间已确诊的年龄在30-69岁之间的子宫内膜癌832例,经上海市肿瘤登记处确认。从上海居住登记处随机选取年龄与发病组匹配的846位妇女作为对照。 主要结局测定指标:豆制品摄入量不同的妇女患子宫
PURPOSE: To evaluate the relationship between intake of phytoestrogen-rich soy products and the risk of endometrial cancer. Design: A population-based case-control study using food frequency questionnaire to gather detailed information on daily intake of soy products over the past five years through face-to-face interviews. Location: Shanghai, China. Participants: 832 cases of endometrial cancer diagnosed between 1997 and 2001, aged 30-69, confirmed by the Shanghai Tumor Registry. A random sample of 846 women aged matched with the disease group from the Shanghai residence registry served as a control.
