铁川桥水电站引水隧洞上平段、斜井及调压井衬砌混凝土现场实际施工表明,6条施工支洞确保了引水隧洞各部位混凝土浇筑,工期可满足进度计划要求;采用自制钢模台车进行洞内衬砌混凝土浇筑操作简单灵活,每个工作面混凝土衬砌进度可保证60 m/月以上;调压井及斜井施工改用人工搭设脚手架,斜井衬砌浇筑采用混凝土泵机,调压井设置吊篮、衬砌混凝土采用高压地泵输送等施工方法,可满足衬砌混凝土浇筑进度和质量等要求:建议斜井上弯段和下弯段衬砌混凝土的异形模板采用定制钢模施工。
