对学生心理健康的关注已经引起了全社会的广泛重视,班主任是引导学生心理健康成长,帮助学生解决心理问题的第一责任人,是联系学校和家庭与社会的纽带。班主任的德育素养和引导策略是心理引导成功与否的关键,本文通过对以上两个问题的理论探讨和实例分析,介绍了在德育实践中一些行之有效的做法和应注意的问题。
Concerned about students’ mental health has drawn wide attention from all over the world. The teacher in charge of a class is the first responsible person to guide the students to grow up mentally and help students to solve their psychological problems. It is also a link between school and family and society. The moral education accomplishment and guiding strategy of the head teacher is the key to the success of psychological guidance. Through the theoretical discussion and case analysis of the above two issues, this paper introduces some effective practices and issues that should be noticed in the practice of moral education.
