花粉萌发是植物受精的先决条件,它决定着胚及胚乳的形成,种子的质量,并对后代植物体的生长发育有重要的影响。因此,甜菜花粉的人工发芽,不仅仅是植物生理学研究的问题,也是甜菜育种中自交不亲合性及甜菜属种间杂交不亲和性研究的重要课题。本实验通过对甜菜花粉的人工培养,力图从中能对当前甜菜育种工作中自交结实率低,种子发芽率低的问题有所启示。
Pollen germination is a prerequisite for plant fertilization, which determines the formation of embryos and endosperm, the quality of the seeds and has an important impact on the growth and development of the progeny plants. Therefore, the artificial germination of beet pollen is not only an issue of plant physiology, but also an important issue of self-incompatibility and non-compatibility of sugar beet crossbreeding in beet breeding. This experiment through the artificial cultivation of sugar beet pollen, trying to from the current sugarbeet breeding self-bred seed setting rate is low, the problem of low seed germination have enlightenment.
