首次采用美洲黑杨1一69(P.deltoids‘Lux’♀)与美洲黑杨I一63(P.deltoids‘Harvard’♂)进行种内有性杂交,F1表现出显著杂种优势,从中选育出中潜2号、中驻8号、中汉578号等一批超过双亲及目前国际生长最快的意大利I一72杨的杨树新品种。
For the first time, interspecific sexual crosses were conducted between P. deltoids’Lux’♀ and P.deltoids’Harvard’♂, and F1 showed significant heterosis. Out of potential in the 2nd, in the No. 8, 578 in the Chinese and a number of more than the parents and the current fastest growing international I-72 poplar new varieties of poplar.
