目的研究利多卡因对耳蜗血流量的影响。方法豚鼠12只随机分为二组,实验组使用利多卡因8mg/kg;对照组使用生理盐水0.4ml/kg,均由颈静脉给药,标记生物微球技术检测豚鼠耳蜗外侧壁血流量。结果 实验组豚鼠耳蜗血流量x±s=3.42±0.91/ml/min侧壁;对照组豚鼠耳蜗血流量x±s=2.5±0.56ml/min侧壁,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论利多卡因可使豚鼠耳蜗供血量较对照组有明显增加。
Objective To study the effects of lidocaine on cochlear blood flow. Methods Twelve guinea pigs were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group used lidocaine 8mg / kg. The control group received saline 0.4ml / kg. The guinea pigs were administrated with jugular vein. Results In the experimental group, the cochlear blood flow in the guinea pig x ± s = 3.42 ± 0.91 / ml / min, and in the control group, the cochlear blood flow in the control group was significantly different (P <0.05) . Conclusion lidocaine can make guinea pig cochlear blood supply increased significantly compared with the control group.
