本文研究了低碳钢和不锈钢两种材料在爆炸成形后的金相结构和硬度变化, 并与液压成形进行了比较。结果表明: 低碳钢在爆炸成形后出现孪晶, 并且与应变率和冲击压力有关。硬度值随变形量的增加而增大, 而且注意到孪晶和硬度之间有一定的联系。在低碳钢爆炸成形后观察到孪晶通过晶界的现象,大的晶粒比小的晶粒有利于孪晶的形成。
In this paper, the microstructures and hardness changes of low carbon steel and stainless steel after explosive forming were investigated and compared with hydroforming. The results show that the low-carbon steel appears twins after explosion forming and is related to strain rate and impact pressure. The hardness value increases with the increase of deformation, and it is noticed that there is a certain relationship between twins and hardness. The phenomenon of twins passing through grain boundaries was observed after the low-carbon steel was formed by explosion. The large grains with smaller grain size are favorable for the formation of twin.
