职工持股制度在西方经过长期历史沿革,已形成较为成熟的制度体系,为企业的发展和员工福利创造较高价值.但在我国仍处于起步阶段,缺乏具体的法律规定和完善的法律规制,在持股形式、资金来源、职工股流转等方面均存在较多问题.本文在介绍职工持股基本制度的同时探讨上述问题的解决方案,以完善我国职工持股制度。
Employee shareholding system in the West after a long history, has formed a relatively mature system of systems for enterprise development and employee benefits to create higher value.But in our country is still in its infancy, the lack of specific legal provisions and perfect legal regulation, There are many problems in the form of shareholding, sources of funds and the turnover of employee stock.This paper discusses the solution to the above problems while introducing the basic system of employee stock ownership, in order to improve the employee stock ownership system in our country.
