油井出水后会造成井底流压增加、井下设备腐蚀、油井出砂,甚至造成严重的油井事故。选择性堵水剂可以针对不同的地层结构,在层间窜流、出现夹层水及出水层位不明确等情况下使用实现堵水目的,有效防止油井出水。本文详细阐述了选择性堵水剂调剖的物理模型,分别讨论了体膨胀型、聚合物型、稠化油型和复合型等几种选择性堵水剂,在基础上根据选择性堵水剂在油田的实际应用效果从堵水剂物理性质变化、残余阻力因子、渗透率等方面总结了目前选择性堵水剂在应用中存在的问题,为开发新的选择性堵水材料提供参考。
Oil well water will cause increased flow pressure at the bottom of the well, downhole equipment corrosion, oil sands, and even cause serious oil well accidents. Selective water blocking agent can be used for different stratigraphic structures, channeling between layers, water intercalation, and unclear reservoir water level to achieve the goal of water blockage, thus effectively preventing oil wells from discharging water. In this paper, the physical model of selective plugging agent profile control is elaborated. Several selective plugging agents, such as bulk expansion type, polymer type, thickened oil type and composite type, are discussed respectively. Based on selective plugging The practical application effect of agent in oilfield summarizes the existing problems in the application of selective water blockage agent from the change of physical properties of plugging agent, residual resistance factor and permeability, and provides reference for the development of new selective water-blocking materials.
