应用Ｐｙｒｆｏｒｄ法治疗１１例儿童髌骨骨折，其中切开复位固定９例，闭合复位经皮钢丝固定２例。９例随访０．５～２．５年，全部达到解剖复位．认为该法简单，疗效满意，不影响儿童骨骺发育。
Pyrford’s method was used to treat 11 cases of patellar fracture in children. Among them, 9 cases were open reduction and fixation and 2 cases were closed reduction and percutaneous wire fixation. Nine cases were followed up for 0.5 to 2.5 years and all achieved anatomic reduction. That the method is simple, satisfactory results, does not affect the development of children’s epiphysis.
