庆深气田钻井施工要求解决钻井液性能高温稳定、井壁稳定、井眼清洁、润滑防卡、预防井漏等技术难题,研究硅氟共聚物钻井液体系,采取了井壁稳定技术、井眼清洁技术、钻井液高温稳定技术、润滑防卡技术、预防井漏技术措施,解决了以上技术难题。实践证明,该体系具有良好的抗高温稳定性,粘土容量高,维护时间长,抑制性强,利于防塌、减少井下复杂事故,具有良好的应用前景。
The drilling of Qinshen gas field requires solving the technical problems of high temperature stability, well wall stability, wellbore cleaning, lubrication anti-card, and prevention of well leakage. The drilling fluid system of silicon-fluorocarbon copolymer has been studied. The wellbore stabilization technology, Clean technology, high temperature stability drilling fluid technology, lubrication card technology, prevent leakage technology and measures to solve the above technical problems. Practice has proved that the system has a good high temperature stability, high clay capacity, long maintenance time, strong inhibition, which is conducive to preventing collapse, reducing downhole complex accidents, has good application prospects.
