目的评价孕期膳食指导结合多糖铁复合物胶囊防治妊娠期贫血的效果。方法对2011年7月~2013年6月在本院产检的400例孕妇随机分为两组进行比较,治疗组(n=200)进行膳食分析和指导,结合多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗;对照组(n=200)孕期仅给予膳食调查但不干预。结果膳食指导结合多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗组比对照组的血红蛋白值升高,妊娠期贫血发生率下降,营养素摄入量达到RNI的比例升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕期膳食指导结合多糖铁复合物胶囊防治妊娠期贫血的疗效显著。
Objective To evaluate the effect of dietary guidance combined with polysaccharide iron complex capsules during pregnancy on the prevention and treatment of anemia during pregnancy. Methods 400 pregnant women in our hospital from July 2011 to June 2013 were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (n = 200) was used for diet analysis and guidance combined with polysaccharide and iron complex capsule treatment. The control group (n = 200) were only given a dietary survey during pregnancy but did not intervene. Results Compared with the control group, the diet-guided polysaccharide-iron complex capsule treatment group had a higher hemoglobin value, a lower incidence of anemia during pregnancy, and a higher RNI intake rate (P <0.05). Conclusion The dietary guidance combined with polysaccharide iron compound capsule during pregnancy prevention and treatment of anemia during pregnancy significant effect.
