大庆油田许多生产厂房在考虑采暖时忽略了室内工艺管道、机泵、阀门及电机的散热量。经计算 ,最冷月份时 ,电机及工艺管道等散热量可占采暖总热量的 57%~ 89%。投产两年的中十六联合站、北十五联合站和龙二联合站的生产实践证明 ,对机泵、工艺管线集中的生产厂房 ,在进行采暖设计时 ,可以不采用常规的热水采暖 ,而采用电采暖 ,随着季节的变化来补充和调节采暖量 ,从而可节省大量的热能、天然气及工程投资。
