通过对国内某厂300t转炉终点相关数据的理论分析,发现影响转炉终点水平的有:转炉炉龄、转炉终点温度以及吹氧量等。转炉吹炼过程中存在一个临界碳含量。当转炉终点碳含量低于临界碳含量时,脱碳变得困难,钢水过氧化严重。采用规则溶液模型计算转炉渣中FeO的活度,据此计算的临界碳含量(质量分数)为0.02%~0.03%。根据理论分析和实际统计结果,300t转炉理想的终点碳质量分数为0.03%~0.05%。
Through the theoretical analysis of the data about the end of 300t BOF of a domestic plant, it is found that the furnace end of the converter, the end temperature of the converter and the oxygen blowing amount are found to affect the end point of the converter. There is a critical carbon content in the converter blowing process. When the carbon content of the converter end point is lower than the critical carbon content, decarburization becomes difficult and the steel peroxide is seriously over-oxidized. The activity of FeO in the converter slag was calculated by using the rule solution model. The calculated critical carbon content (mass fraction) was 0.02% ~ 0.03%. According to theoretical analysis and actual statistics, the ideal carbon content of 300t converter is 0.03% ~ 0.05%.
