最佳切削用量的选择是机械加工中的一个重要方面。本文提出了运用神经网络的非线性建模原理和自学习能力,在各种切削用量选择影响因素和切削用量之间建立起函数映射关系,实现切削用量的智能化选择。最后,通过基于此模型的车削加工用量选择软件的实例运行结果表明其可行性及有效性。
The choice of the best cutting dosage is an important aspect of machining. In this paper, the nonlinear modeling principle and self-learning ability of neural network are put forward to establish the function mapping relationship between various influencing factors of cutting dosage selection and cutting quantity, so as to realize the intelligent choice of cutting dosage. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the example of turning operation based on this model are illustrated.
