在汽车舒适性要求不断提高的情况下,开发助力转向势在必行。但对动力相形见拙的一些轻、微型车来说,无疑是一个不堪的重负。本文推介一新型转向装置,以解此难题。此转向装置,在需要转向时,由驱动电机带动减速增力机构,给转向机构助力。驱动电机的动力由蓄电池积蓄的电能提供。而且,在直线行驶时,电机停止工作,从而减少了动力的消耗,使动力不很充裕的车型,也能实现转向助力。
In the context of the continuous improvement of car comfort, the development of power steering is imperative. But for some light and mini-vehicles that are power-hungry, it is undoubtedly a heavy burden. This article introduces a new steering device to solve this problem. The steering device, when steering is needed, is driven by the driving motor to reduce the speed increasing mechanism to assist the steering mechanism. The power to drive the motor is provided by the electrical energy stored in the battery. Moreover, in a straight line, the motor stops working, thus reducing the power consumption, so that the power is not very adequate models, but also to achieve power steering.
