在天津市科委的主持下,于1997年10月8日在天津塘沽召开了交通部天津水运工程科学研究所与天津理工学院共同研制的港池蛇形不规则波造彼机验收鉴定会。会上听取了课题组的工作报告,与会专家进行了认真的审查和讨论,一致通过鉴定意见如下: a.随着水运工程建设的发展以及科技水平的不断进步,采用多方向不规则波的方法对港口工程进行研究已愈显重要。本项目立足于国内条件,吸收国外先进经验,研制成功了港池蛇形造波机,为开展多方向不规则波的研究与应用创造了必要条件,提供了先进手段,是十分有意义的,也为先进的科研设备国产化提供了又一范例,其选题是符合我国产业政策的。
