武术是我国传统文化中的精髓之一。中国传统武术思维基于形象、经验和玄学(比如佛学,道教,阴阳八卦,中医阴阳五行学说);西方运动比如综合格斗其特点基于抽象、知识和科学,但形象和经验是个人都能学会,自然综合格斗也包括。就好像抽象、知识和科学不是每个人都能学会学好,比如数学物理编程;而基于形象、经验和玄学的东西比如中医无论儿童还是退休老人都能去学。只有深入理解武术套路中的各类思维方式与本质,才可以进一步体味到武术的精髓。本文首先对比了东西方文化中运动思维的不同之处,然后进而详细地分析了中国武术套路中一些思维方式,以供广大读者进行参考。
Wushu is one of the quintessences of traditional Chinese culture. Chinese traditional martial arts thinking is based on the image, experience and metaphysics (such as Buddhism, Taoism, yin and yang gossip, traditional Chinese theory of yin and yang five elements); western movement such as comprehensive fighting based on abstraction, knowledge and science, but the image and experience can be learned by individuals Comprehensive fighting is also included. It’s like abstraction, knowledge and science not everyone can learn to learn, such as mathematical physics programming; and based on the image, experience and metaphysics, such as Chinese medicine, both children and retired elderly can go to school. Only in-depth understanding of Wushu routines in the various ways of thinking and nature, we can further appreciate the essence of martial arts. This article first compares the differences between eastern and western cultures and then analyzes some of the ways of thinking in Chinese Wushu routines for reference.
