通过南方滨海区大型石化项目案例研究,设定了该类项目的事故情景,用石油类污染物作为特例,预测了其在事故情景下的空间变化及其对地下水环境造成的影响;针对滨海区地质和水文地质特点,提出了截渗墙和防渗层两种地下水环境保护措施,对每个措施的有效性进行了预测,结果表明,两种措施都能有效地阻滞石油类污染物在地下水环境中的迁移,从而为滨海区大型石化项目的地下水环境影响评价提供了可借鉴的方法.
Through the case study of the large-scale petrochemical project in the southern coastal area, the accident scenarios of such projects were set. Using petroleum pollutants as a special case, the spatial variation of the accident under the accident scenario and its impact on the groundwater environment were predicted. For the coastal area Geological and hydrogeological features, proposed two kinds of groundwater cutoff walls and anti-seepage layer of groundwater environmental protection measures, the effectiveness of each measure were predicted, the results show that both measures can effectively block the oil pollutants in the Groundwater environment in the migration, thus providing a reference for groundwater environmental impact assessment of large-scale petrochemical projects in the coastal area.
