利用逆转录-聚合酶链式反应 (RT- PCR)及 Southern印迹技术,对 15例活动性系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)患者 TCR Vβ 1- 20基因亚家族的表达水平进行了半定量研究,结果显示,与正常对照相比, SLE患者 Vβ 8、 Vβ 16基因亚家族表达水平明显增高,提示在自身抗原的刺激下 TCR Vβ基因存在着优势取用。
Semiquantitative analysis of TCR Vβ 1 -20 gene subfamily expression in 15 patients with active systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) was performed using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Southern blotting. Results Compared with normal controls, the expression levels of Vβ8 and Vβ16 gene subfamilies were significantly increased in patients with SLE, suggesting that TCR Vβ gene has the advantage of taking advantage of autoantigen stimulation.
