由于高职教育的人才培养目标的特殊性,使产教结合以及校企合作成为现今高职教育开展教学的主要方式。要想实现校企之间的深层次合作,就需要实现二者之间的文化融合。也就是说,在开展校企合作的时候,既不能对校园文化的主体地位进行否定,也不能否认企业文化的优势地位,对制造企业同样如此。在高职学校中开展校企合作,需要对学校与企业之间的关系进行平衡,坚持以人为本的原则,对学生的桥梁作用进行充分发挥,以此发挥校企合作的最大作用。本文主要分析高职校园文化与制造企业文化的人本对接实践策略,以期实现校企合作达到最佳效果。
Due to the particularity of the goal of talent training in higher vocational education, the combination of production and education and the cooperation between school and enterprise have become the main ways to carry out teaching in higher vocational education. In order to realize the deep cooperation between school and enterprise, it is necessary to realize the cultural fusion between the two. In other words, when carrying out the cooperation between school and enterprise, we can neither negate the dominant status of campus culture nor deny the dominant position of corporate culture, as do manufacturing enterprises. Carrying out school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational schools requires balancing the relationship between schools and enterprises, adhering to the principle of putting people first and giving full play to the students’ role as bridge in order to bring into play the greatest role of school-enterprise cooperation. This paper mainly analyzes the practical human docking strategy of campus culture and manufacturing enterprise culture in order to achieve the best effect of school-enterprise cooperation.
