本文采用气相色谱分析法对海水鱼类育苗常用的 4种饵料浮游动物的脂肪酸组成和含量进行了测定分析 .结果表明 :卤虫无节幼虫、皱褶臂尾轮虫、蒙古裸腹氵蚤和太平洋纺锤水蚤的粗脂肪含量分别占其体重的 2 1 .5 4%、9.70 %、6 .6 7%和 4.6 6 % .单不饱和脂肪酸的含量排序分别为蒙古裸腹氵蚤 >纺锤水蚤 >轮虫 >卤虫 ;多不饱和脂肪酸含量则为卤虫 >裸腹氵蚤 >轮虫 >纺锤水蚤 .此外 ,太平洋纺锤水蚤尚含有C2 2∶6 (DHA)高不饱和脂肪酸 ,这在其它饵料生物中并未检出 .卤虫无节幼虫和褶皱臂尾轮虫的脂肪酸组成中 ,油酸 (C1 8∶1 )、亚油酸 (C1 8∶2 )和亚麻酸 (C1 8∶3)占有较大比例 ,而二十碳以上的不饱和脂肪酸含量很低 .文中讨论了脂肪酸组成和含量与营养效果的关系 .
In this paper, the fatty acid composition and content of four kinds of bait zooplankton commonly used in marine fish breeding were determined by gas chromatography.The results showed that: Artemia nauplii, Brachionus plicatilis, The crude fat content of Pacific spinus Daphnia were 21.54%, 9.70%, 6.76% and 4.6 6% of their body weight, respectively.The content of monounsaturated fatty acids were ranked as: Flea> rotifers> Artemia; polyunsaturated fatty acids were Artemia> naked belly flea> rotifers> spindle daphnia. In addition, the Pacific spindle water Daphnia still contain C2: 6 (DHA) high unsaturated fatty acids, This is not detected in other food organisms. In the fatty acid composition of Artemia nauplii and Brachionus plicatilis, oleic acid (C1 8: 1), linoleic acid (C1 8: 2) and linolenic acid 8: 3) occupy a larger proportion, while the content of unsaturated fatty acids above 20 carbon is very low.This paper discusses the relationship between fatty acid composition and content and nutrition effect.
