介绍了常规抽油机改进设计的原则;对驴头、游梁、横梁、连杆、曲柄平衡装置、底座、支架等部件按照国际上同类产品的通用设计方法进行了具体的改进设计;在此基础上,对改进后的游梁、连杆、横梁进行了校核计算,并运用ANSYS结构分析软件,选择典型的工况对支架进行了应力和刚度分析。结果表明:常规抽油机经过改进设计之后,不仅结构趋于合理,安全可靠,而且整机重量下降5.13%。
The principle of improving the design of the conventional pumping unit is introduced. The improvement of the design of the donkey head, the beam, the beam, the connecting rod, the crank balance, the base and the support is carried out according to the universal design method of similar products in the world. On the basis of this, the improved beam, connecting rod and crossbeam were checked and calculated, and the structure and software of ANSYS were used to analyze the stress and stiffness of the bracket under typical working conditions. The results show that after the conventional pumping unit is improved, the structure is not only reasonable, safe and reliable, but also the weight of the whole machine is reduced by 5.13%.
